Do you provide the alcohol?

Due to state liquor laws, we are legally unable to purchase or sell alcohol. However, after the consultation regarding the drink menu for your event, we can assist you in your alcohol list. You keep the leftovers!

Are you insured?

Yes, Sip Happens Mobile Bar Services carries general & liquor liability insurance!

How far will you travel?

We are based out of Avondale, PA but we can, and will, travel for your special day! Free travel is included within a 30-mile radius.  After 20 miles, additional charges will be calculated at $2.50 per mile, each way.

Where can we set up the bar?

Our mobile bar needs flat ground and clear access. If you do not own the property, we need the owner’s written permission. We also need to be within 50 feet of a power source.  We are happy to do a site visit and troubleshoot any potential issues.

Each package offers pricing based on the guest’s personalized event plan.  We will work together to create a package that suits your party’s specific needs and location specifications.  Packages also can include additional add-on items to personalize the services provided at each event.

Payment

A 35% deposit, along with your signed contract secures your date.The remaining balance is due 5 days before your event.

Cancellation and Refund

Refund of all payments – Cancellation 60 days or more from the event date.
Refund of balance and 50% of deposit – Cancellation 59-30 days from the event date.
Refund of balance but loss of deposit – Cancellation 30 days or less from the event date.
Less than 4 days - no refund

Postponement of Event

If your event is postponed due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, we will work with you to accommodate your rescheduled event (dependent upon availability).
